Michelle Boeckmann, Founder, has over twelve years of experience placing seasoned leadership Case Management candidates in acute care hospitals and healthcare systems. She and her team, along with a database of over 32,000 professionals and counting, can give you an advantage in a competitive market, whether you’re looking for highly specialized talent or a need for a placement for an open position quickly and discreetly.
Michelle is a member of the American Case Management Association (ACMA) and Case Management Society of America (CMSA).

Kelsey Ross, Research Development Representative, began her career in recruiting when she joined Healthcare Recruitment Partners in 2018. Starting as a Market Research Associate, she brought her background in marketing and development to provide recruitment marketing strategies to assist the company in attracting top of the line applicants and clients. Now working as a Research Development Representative, she works alongside Founder, Michelle Boeckmann, to achieve positive placement results. She is passionate about her goal of matching candidates to their dream roles.
